The Membership creates a vibrant community for Pune's pet parents, offering exclusive access to discounts, complimentary services, events, and a comprehensive resource hub for dogs and cats.
How much does the Petopia Membership cost, and is it a recurring fee?
The annual membership costs a one-time payment details on the main page. It is valid for the time mentioned, and details regarding renewal will be communicated closer to expiry.
Who is eligible to purchase a Petopia Membership?
The membership is open to all dog and cat parents aged 18 or older residing in Pune.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Please note that all Petopia Membership purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable. We encourage you to review all benefits carefully before purchasing.
How do I register for the membership, and how soon can I use benefits?
You can register online. Upon confirmation, you'll receive your digital membership card to access all benefits.
What benefits are included with the membership?
Members receive the offerings mentioned on site for one registered pet and exclusive discounts on various treatments and services at our partner in Pune. T&Cs are on our website.
What events are included with my membership?

How do I avail event benefits and how are events managed for quality?
You'll receive event invitations with passes via email/WhatsApp. Present your digital membership pass for entry. Events are professionally managed to ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment.
How does Petopia ensure the quality of partnered services?
We partner only with licensed, reputable veterinary clinics & service providers in Pune. Member feedback is actively monitored to ensure high standards of care. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of services provided by these vendors, and your interactions with them are solely between you and the vendor.
How does Petopia keep me "Informed & Aware"?
Members will receive information about seminars, workshops, and sessions with pet industry experts. Lucky members may also get opportunities to be featured in print and digital promotions.
